With more than 35 years in Arizona real estate, Martha Appel brings extensive leadership and compliance expertise to her role as Designated Broker at Embarc Realty. She previously served for nearly two decades as Vice President and Designated Broker for one of the state’s top firms, following earlier roles as Director of Broker Relations and Legal Liaison. Martha has contributed to real estate policy statewide through her work with the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, including as a current member and a previous chair of their Risk Management Committee, and supporting contract and standards development. Her industry honors include AAR’s Distinguished Service Award, Broker of the Year Award by the Arizona Journal of Real Estate & Business, and the national Standing Ovation Award from her previous employer. She leads Embarc’s brokerage operations with a deep foundation in regulatory and organizational excellence.
